I'm Jess, the artist behind Prints by Jess!<\/p>

So this story starts back in 2019, when I was in my final year at university studying Fine Art. At that point in my life I decided that I wanted to start selling my art and creations to likeminded people like yourselves! So Prints By Jess was born! I started selling on Etsy then took the plunge and created my own website alongside my Etsy shop, from handmade cards to lino prints my business started to evolve to what you see today! Over time my style and mediums began to change to what you see now but my ethos has always been the same - to have a small business that creates unique gifts that do not harm our beautiful Earth<\/strong> in anyway or form. From the materials I use all the way to the packaging!<\/p> <\/p> I sell my art and gifts on my website at https:\/\/printsbyjess.co.uk<\/a> I also sell on Etsy under PrintsByJessArt -definitely go check them out!<\/p> <\/p> As I was developing my small business I decided that I wanted to offer my customers more! So why not make an ethically sourced and sustainably made clothing range! And after some research I found Teemill. A company that shares the same values as mine and offers clean, sustainable fashion with my designs on it! Alongside my small business I work part time in an awsome local pet shop, The Pet Pantry. (www.thepetpantry.co.uk<\/a>)<\/p> <\/p> If you asked me where would I rather be it would be definitely be in nature. I love wildlife and being inspired by our beautiful planet, hence a lot of my work is plant and animal themed! I'd rather be in the countryside or a forest and my favourite place is by far Scotland! I mean, I would love<\/strong> to live there one day!<\/p> <\/p> On a more personal note ... I have also, recently been diagnosed with IBD. Which in late October of 2022 I was hospitalised after a very bad flare up of my Ulcerative Colitis, but I am healing and learning to live with my new condition and its not stopping me doing what I love, creating art!<\/p> <\/p> As my world revolves around my dog I thought you'd like to know a bit more about her! This June just past was our 1st year anniversary together (feels like I've always had her but its insane that its only one year!) and she turned three last September.
